WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE I GOT! I was leaving on a 2200 mile trip and the mechanic that originally looked at from another mechanic shop the car overlooked an important part repair that needed to be done. I broke down Friday night 77 miles outside of Los Angeles and had the car towed to Mezian Motors to look at the issue. My worst fear was a transmission and burning the motor out. I expressed the need to leave Saturday as the trip was scheduled and couldn't be changed. WOW! WOW! WOW! Transmission cooler lines and a front engine mount needed to get replaced and by 3pm I was headed out on my scheduled trip. A day later but I was on the road. Not one issue the whole ride down to my destination and I could swear I got the best gas mileage from the repairs. My Cadillac (now my moms Cadillac) drove like a champ. I have taken my mini cooper to them a couple times now and they have been absolutely fabulous. Each time they make it convenient and easy for me to drop it off and pick it up when its finished. This last time Harry and the rest of the team meticulously combed over my car to figure out why it was burning through certain parts so quickly. It took longer than expected and they even offered to rent me a car from the Enterprise down the street. When i picked my mini up it was washed and running better than it ever has! They stand behind their work, are extremely trustworthy, and fairly priced. This is will be the only place i take my car from now on.

In the sense of reliability, affordability, and professionalism, Mezian Motors provided me with the upmost quality of service. When my BMW was in the shop, I was consistently notified of any major updates. I hate being left in the dark, so communication is always an important aspect for me. The estimated duration of time for pick up of my vehicle was 3 days, but I stressed on the importance of having it a day earlier for an important event. The owner Harry was very friendly and understanding. He went out of his way to ensure that I received my car earlier than scheduled. I got referred to this shop from a couple people including my neighbor and a friend. My dad and I generally do all maintenance work on our family cars ourselves but every so often when there's a major job we take it into the professionals. It was a bit of a drive from my house to the downtown area, however when it comes to finding a mechanic you can trust that is knowledgeable it is hard to come by and worth the extra drive/ effort. The boys at the shop truly did a great job and were even courteous enough to top off both the windshield wiper and radiator fluids. If you're in the area and or are looking for a good mechanic, definitely check these guys out.
